HABITAT for HUMANITY TUCSON OFFICE - 1 POSITIONS OPEN at $17.00 per hour
MODE: In-Person
SALARY: Hourly, $17.00 per hour
JOB TITLE: Volunteer Resources
REPORTS TO: Volunteer Resources Department
WORK LOCATION: 3501 N Mountain Ave, Tucson, AZ 85719
COMMITMENT EXPECTED: 10-15 hours a week in an office setting
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO WORK ON:
Provide support to the Volunteer Resources Department with volunteer programs, data input, research,
phone calls, emails etc. in a fast paced office environment.
Job Duties Include:
- Phone calls, data entry, and administrative tasks
- Assist with quarterly special events including home dedications, large builds, fundraisers
- Help design volunteer e-newsletters, invitations, thank you notices, etc.
- (Occasionally) On Saturdays, assist with hospitality at various job sites and take photos of volunteers
- Assist with the thanking of volunteers via phone calls or writing cards or notes
- Help update CERVIS program (volunteer software)
- Assist with community service programs
- Occasionally attend meetings and outreach events
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Highschool Diploma or higher
- Customer Service Experience
- Administrative experience
Skills:
- Amazing customer service skills and reliability

- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills and writing skills
- Ability to keep information confidential
- Reliable transportation and current driver’s license

- Experience with producing materials for the web, print, and email preferred
- Positive attitude and out-going personality
- Able to work a set schedule during the school year
