JOB TITLE: Admissions/Sales Representative
MODE: In-Person Pay: $17.00/hour

REPORTS TO: Gift Shop Assistant Manager
Tucson Botanical Gardens, a historical oasis in the heart of Tucson, provides a place of serenity and tranquility for wildlife, visitors, guests, volunteers and staff. Utilizing organic products to support and nourish the many varied plants species, the Gardens is a center where one connects with plants and nature through art, science, history and culture. Tucson Botanical Gardens is one of the best small public gardens in America.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist guests at the Gift Shop and Admissions, display and price merchandise, and utilize point of sale system.
- Collect admissions for the Gardens
- Assist guests as they shop in the Gift Shop
- Price and display new merchandise
- Utilize cash register and credit card payment systems
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Interested in learning about retail sales in a Gift Shop environment
- Willing to learn through hands on experience
- Exceptional ability to work as a team player
- Ability to articulate learning to visitors and guests when asked
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proof of COVID-19 full vaccination required
