Open since 1970, the West Campus is the oldest and largest of PCC’s six campuses, with nearly 13,000 students. The campus offers a full range of academic programs and opportunities to student employees. Your application will be reviewed by multiple departments at the West Campus.
POSITION TITLE: Art, Theatre, Digital Media
MODE: In-Person, Hybrid, Virtual (depending on position)
SALARY: Hourly, $16.00/hour

Duties:
Help maintain the cleanliness of the studio, such as sweeping the floor, dumping used water, or emptying the trash bin.
Help monitor the studio Help load ceramics to electric and gas kilns.
Help check the inventory and report to the supervisor.
Help prepare the materials.
Operate machinery
Take photos of events, projects or classes for archival purposes or social media
Use creative writing skills to develop content ideas, edit videos, working in Canva for social media to promote events and classes
Requirements:
The ability to write and verbally communicate in English.
The ability to e-mail communications.
The ability to lift materials up to 25lb.
The ability to travel around campus to distribute information and materials
Readiness to learn department protocols, such as reading HMIS or NFPA labels, and properly wearing PPE.
The ability to practice the safety protocols and protections to possible hazards.
Attention to detail
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Send reminders to faculty and staff when a deadline approaches
