Job Summary
We are seeking a nurturing, energetic, and passionate Twos Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with toddlers and is committed to fostering a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. The Twos Teacher will help guide children through essential early learning milestones while encouraging curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities based on developmental guidelines.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff members.
- Observe and document children’s progress and behavior, sharing insights with parents and leadership.
- Support potty training and self-help skills in a respectful and encouraging manner.
- Follow all center policies, licensing regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Job Requirements
- CPR/First Aid certified
- At least 6months of previous experience in a licensed childcare facility
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
