Key Responsibilities
Student Success & Career Development
Lead career development strategies and job placement initiativesConduct job search workshops covering networking, resume writing, and interview skillsPresent Career Services resources at new student orientationsProvide personalized career counseling to students and graduatesCoordinate certification testing for graduatesExternship Program Management
Oversee externship placements and maintain quality standardsEnsure compliance with ABHES / PMI requirements for all externship sitesMonitor student progress through site visits and evaluationsManage externship documentation and student requirementsEmployer Relations & Networking
Conduct weekly site visits to maintain and expand employer partnershipsCoordinate Advisory Board meetings and member recruitmentOrganize job fairs and employer appreciation eventsDevelop and maintain relationships with medical facilities and clinicsTeam Leadership & Reporting
Supervise Career Services Advisors to maintain 70% placement ratesPerform staff evaluations and provide professional developmentGenerate and analyze placement statistics and job trend dataMaintain detailed database records of employer partnerships and placementsAdminister and analyze graduate, employer, and externship surveysRequirements
Bachelor's degree preferred3 years of experience in recruiting, placement, marketing, or public relationsStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesProficient with computer systems and databasesExceptional networking and relationship-building skillsComprehensive Benefits Package
