Job Description :
Must have complete set of hand and battery powered tools to independently perform job site tasks
Advanced understanding of commercial and residential plans
Advanced management skills in team leading
Job site planning and scheduling experience
Delegate job responsibilities to apprentices
Drive company vehicles – must have good driving record
Advanced understanding of plumbing system design
Responsible for Corporate credit card purchases and submitting expense reports
Attend job site meetings
Responsible for company issues tablets and accessories
Walk job site and ensure materials are stored properly and job site is secure
Consult with construction manager on all planning and scheduling
Need diploma or GED
Be able to perform strenuous tasks such as bending, kneeling, lifting objects over 75 pounds, climbing ladders and digging
Fluent in English and be able to communicate effectively with clients and vendors
Must work well in a team environment
Must be a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident alien (i. e. possession of a “green card”, a citizen of American Samoa or any other territory owing permanent allegiance to the U.S.
Applicant must provide the names of their current employer and all previous employers within a 4-6 year period
Applicant must pass a drug screening and background check
