Responsibilities
- Engage with Business Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and requirements, ensuring their voices are heard and considered in the development process.
- Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, managing expectations and ensuring that technology solutions align with stakeholder needs.
- Conduct Workshops and Interviews: Organize and lead workshops and interviews to gather and document detailed business requirements, fostering an inclusive environment for stakeholder input.
- Analyze Processes: Evaluate existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement, proposing enhancements that reflect stakeholder feedback.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing: Coordinate the user acceptance testing process, developing and executing test plans and scenarios to ensure that implemented systems meet stakeholder-defined requirements.
- Provide Training and Support: Develop user manuals and training materials, and conduct training sessions to support stakeholders in the smooth transition and adoption of new technology solutions.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university
- 3 years of experience in Business System Analysis, Business Analysis, Project Management or a related field; experience in fixed income is an advantage
- Proficiency in business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, process modeling, use case development, and user story creation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent time management skills for self and others

- Innately curious and eager to learn
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with software development methodologies is beneficial
