Position Description
As a key member of PIMCO's Financial Planning & Analysis team, the Oracle EPM System Administrator will take ownership of our Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system administration. You will be responsible for ensuring the technical health, efficiency, and effectiveness of the applications used for developing financial and operational forecasts, budgets, and delivering operational financial reporting. Beyond day-to-day system maintenance and end-user support, you will collaborate with stakeholders to elevate our Oracle system by driving improvements and transformational changes in our planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
As a global firm, our projects and tasks require close coordination with diverse teams and colleagues worldwide. Therefore, strong teamwork, effective communication skills, and collaboration with stakeholders across finance and other functions (both internal and external) are crucial. PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors. The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance.
Salary Range : $ 110,000.00 - $ 130,000.00
