Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Creative Marketing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and marketing savvy to develop and execute visually compelling content across various platforms. This role requires a passion for design, video editing, social media strategy, and content creation, with a focus on driving brand engagement and delivering exceptional client experiences.

This role requires a passion for design, video editing, social media strategy, and content creation, with a focus on driving brand engagement and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop graphics and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Edit engaging and polished videos using Adobe Premiere Pro for social media, YouTube, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to strategize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns that align with company objectives.
- Assist in the design and creation of client service project boxes that reflect our brand identity.
- Create, schedule, and post content on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media performance and analyze insights to refine strategies.
- Write and edit blog posts that resonate with target audiences.
- Contribute to the development and distribution of the monthly company newsletter.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience using Canva for quick and efficient content creation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Marketing & Communications.
- Experience with digital marketing and deep understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Demonstrated experience posting content and analyzing insights on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Nice To Have:
- Previous experience working for a marketing agency, creative agency, or printing press.
- Experience editing YouTube videos, including storytelling and optimizing for audience engagement.
- Understanding of print marketing, package design, and product photography

- 4 days on-site at our office, 1 day remote each week after the probationary period has ended.
