PIN is undergoing a complete rebrand and restructure, and this candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our future direction. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving the success of their marketing initiatives. You will work closely with channels, creative, and sales teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance client satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives. Act as their trusted advisor and advocate within the agency.
- Project Coordination : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning : Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with client objectives and market trends.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor campaign performance and analytics, providing clients with regular updates and insights. Identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Communication : Facilitate clear and timely communication between clients and internal teams. Ensure all parties are informed about project status, changes, and developments.
