- Help customers discover their perfect pins, providing personalized recommendations.
- Deliver top-notch customer service by offering expert guidance and product knowledge.
- Educate customers on PinFolio options to enhance their collections.
- Maintain an organized store and manage inventory efficiently.
- Process online orders and ensure smooth shipping operations.
- Support visual merchandising to create an inviting store environment.
- Accurately handle point-of-sale transactions.
- Represent Pin HQ and GoPinPro as a brand ambassador.
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- A genuine passion for collectible pins
- The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Availability to work on weekends is required.
