Key Responsibilities:
- Shipping & Fulfillment: Pack and ship online orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all packages meet our quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, restock supplies, and ensure all shipping materials are available.
- Customer Service Support: Handle inquiries related to orders, tracking, and shipping issues, providing excellent service through email and messaging.
- Problem Resolution: Assist customers with lost, delayed, or damaged shipments by coordinating with carriers to find solutions.
- Order Processing: Prepare shipping labels, confirm order details, and ensure accurate fulfillment.
- General Organization: Keep the shipping area clean and organized for smooth daily operations.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Be ready to assist with occasional tasks related to shipping and logistics as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, especially when dealing with shipping issues.
- Strong written communication skills for customer support emails and messages.
- Dependability and the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy.
- Prior experience in shipping, fulfillment, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable using shipping platforms (like Shopify, USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
- Must be able to lift and carry packages as needed.
