This position is not covered under the Pinal County Merit System. Incumbents in this position serve at the pleasure of their respective Appointing Authority. The employment relationship of incumbents in this position is "at will"; the employee may be terminated at any time, for any reason, with or without cause.
This is an unpaid Intern position.Work in this classification requires an individual to be able to perform the essential job functions satisfactorily. TYPICAL CLASSIFICATION ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Assist Departmental staff in a variety of tasks.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality of work-related issues, customer records, and restricted County information.
- Perform other related duties as required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM WORK:
- Applicant must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the application.
- Applicant must be currently enrolled within a college or university at least part-time and in good academic standing or must have graduated from a college or university no more than 6 months before the application submission date.
- Successfully complete a background check.
