ARIZONA@WORK Pinal County is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Representative to join our team! As a Front Desk Representative, you will welcome and support customers who call or visit our Business and Career Center in Casa Grande. The front desk role is vital for our center, as it is the first point of contact for all visitors. The Front Desk Representative is responsible for creating a positive and professional impression of ARIZONA@WORK Pinal County and ensuring visitor satisfaction. The front desk role requires excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills, as well as a friendly and customer-oriented attitude. The front desk role is essential for the smooth and efficient operation of our system and its mission to connect job seekers and employers in the region. This position can either be full time or part time.

Example of Duties
- Warmly greets guests as they arrive.
- Has each visitor fill out a Front Desk Welcome Form (or fills it out for them).
- Answers phone calls and emails from the Pinal County Citizens Call Center and
- ARIZONA@WORK Pinal County Partners.
- Inputs all visitor information in ARIZONA@WORK Pinal County Partners sign in form
- (whether in-person, email or via phone call).
- Has basic knowledge of partner services and eligibility requirements.
- Provides partner service information to job seekers, colleagues, and the business
- community.
- Ensures the job center calendar is current and updated.
- Reviews the daily agenda of appointments.
- Notifies staff when a visitor self-identifies as a Veteran or a migrant seasonal farmworker.
- Assists with minor tech problems in the Resource Room.
- Supports visitors registering for Arizona Job Connection (AJC).
- Demonstrates empathy and understanding for diverse backgrounds.
- Maintains customer confidentiality.
- Resolves customer issues and complaints.
- Assesses skills, abilities, work history, employment barriers and career interests of job
- seekers.
- Identifies community resources that may help visitors with barriers.
- Performs any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running.

- Computer proficiency (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc).
