DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide facilitation and meeting management support for OCIO sponsored enterprise IT governance, working groups (formal and ad-hoc) such as the NIH Steering Committee sponsored Enterprise IT Council (EITC), IT Management Committee (ITMC), Information Technology Budget Advisory (ITBAC), Section 508 Advisory Group, and task groups, such as Software Asset Management (SAM), and the NIH standards and architecture subcommittee. This support can include planning and implementing an annual NIH wide IT symposium and other high-profile OCIO events to build and bridge the NIH IT community.
Support OCIO’s outreach and communication program to NIH’s IT community, leadership, and stakeholders, such as HHS, to ensure awareness and alignment. Work closely with NIH information security and awareness communication teams to have consistent OCIO branding and templates. This support includes developing a proactive, measurable, and creative program to improve coordination, communication, and community for NIH IT. Communication support will need to support the OCIO senior leadership team (Director, Deputy Director, CISO) on executive level, strategic messaging and presentations.
Maintain data in various OCIO repositories, including SharePoint; propose and implement changes to improve the operations and use of data repositories to enhance insight and to advance executive level decision making. Use cutting edge practices to modernize the workings of the OCIO’s enterprise functions and provide support / strategy on building and executing engaging, purpose driven hybrid meeting design for OCIO sponsored NIH meetings.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Skills / Qualifications :
Possess experience facilitating meetings and working groups.
Possess exceptional communication skills.
Possess experience with branding.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Security Clearance :
US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance required.
Work Experience : 8 Years.
