JOB DESCRIPTION:
Pinao Consulting is an 8(a) Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) seeking an experienced Task Manager, preferably in the field of Defense Health, to support an effort to provide business operations support to the Defense Health Agency (DHA).
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide assistance with hiring/interviewing candidates with appropriate skills.
- Provide assistance with upkeep of skillset for supporting legacy products.
- Provide assistance with modernization efforts.
- Other tasks to meet Organization Mission, Vision, and Strategic goals.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with high attention to detail.
Work Experience:
- 5-10 years as an active Task Manager leading/managing a team of similar size and complexity
