Key Holder
Pincanna is a vertically integrated cannabis company with headquarters in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Pincanna has a 135,000 square foot cultivation and production facility in Pinconning, Michigan, retail locations in Kalkaska, East Lansing, Kalamazoo, Pinconning, Mount Pleasant, and planned retail locations throughout Michigan.
A Key Holder’s main duties include assisting with store opening and closing procedures as needed, assisting with customer complaints, training new employees, processing overrides, and assisting with in the moment coaching.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supporting with team training and coaching
- Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to management
- Support with store opening and closing procedures as needed
- Follow health and safety standards
- Follow all state compliance rules and regulations
- Assist with de-escalating customer complaints
- Foster a positive work environment and company culture
- Commitment to growth as a company and as an employee
- Ability to perform duties of fulfillment/cashier/budtender to assist as needed

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
