We continue to grow and are seeking a solution-oriented and customer-focused Pool Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team.
Description
This position is responsible for providing excellent on-site pool cleaning, pool maintenance, and repair services to our customers. This includes following our proven pool cleaning and repair methods, handling pool chemicals and all tools in a controlled and safe manner. This position is also responsible for diagnosing issues with the swimming pool equipment and providing solutions. Experience with the repair and installation of the following preferred but will train:
- Equipment
- Pumps
- Filters
- Heaters
- Lights
- Automation
- Pool Plumbing
The ideal person for this position will love to work outdoors. They will be a self- starter who has the ability to work independently with minimal oversight and guidance. They will handle all matters with integrity and embrace the concept and requirements of delivering "quality service".
Bonus Potential:
This position has the potential of earning an annual bonus by the company when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year.

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be a licensed driver in the State of Florida.
- Must comply strictly to all road signs, driving rules and regulations, and be noted for safe and courteous driving habits while operating company vehicles.
- Have a high degree of stamina for physical labor, with the ability to work in high degrees of heat and adverse weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively and often.
- Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, stretch and climb repetitively and often.
- Must have the ability to work around chlorine without an allergic reaction.
- Willing to have background check performed
Full time Monday through Friday.
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: $14.00- 20.00 per hour. Pay is based on experience.
Starting wage will be based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

Can also be Salary depending on your needs and experience.
Salary: $26,000.00 to $47,000.00 /year
