Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with company standards and procedures
- Clean and sanitize swimming pools on route
- Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhering to safety guidelines and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Following proper cleaning techniques and using cleaning agents effectively
-Must be able to work alone
-Must be able to work outside in the elements (cold or heat)
-Must have good driving record
-Must have clean background
-The route is in New Braunfels, Spring Branch, Bulverde, Canyon Lake, Seguin, McQueeney, Cibolo, Garden Ridge and Selma/Schertz areas.
-Advanced paid training opportunities for the right employee
-Position can turn into full-time for the right person
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a pool cleaner or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to use power tools and hand tools for basic equipment repair
- Familiarity with pool cleaning and maintenance is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
