Summary of Swimming Pool Cleaner Position:

This is a Full time position. Work days are Monday through Friday. When performing pool cleaning, work days will begin at 6- 6:30AM and typically ends 2-230PM. This is an hourly job, and you will expected to be available for all 40 hours per week. Your week will average 18-20 pools per day of 3 different service levels. It is a labor intensive job in the Florida heat. Preference will be given to those with prior pool cleaning experience or other outdoor labor jobs.

We are seeking a Swimming Pool Cleaner with EXPERIENCE cleaning residential swimming pools. Pinch A Penny Pool Experience is a plus, and will be paid a $500 bonus after successful completion of the 90 day probation period.

Performance bonus bi weekly in addition to hourly wage, based on no green pools, and no complaints for your route.

CLEANING AND MAINTAINING YOUR OWN POOL OR YOUR RELATIVE'S POOL DOES NOT COUNT FOR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.

Duties include, but are not limited to maintaining pool and equipment, brushing, vacuuming, skimming, testing chemicals, balancing chemicals, overall management of pool and pool equipment. Please Note: this position requires working alone, attention to detail, dependability, self-motivation and integrity.

WE ARE NOT TRAINING YOU HOW TO CLEAN POOLS, YOU MUST HAVE THE PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.

Experienced person learning our system, pay is $20 per hour for 3 year plus professional pool experience. Less experience, is $18 per hour to start while in training, and will probably last 6 months before a raise.

$18/hrX40=$720 per week

$20/hrX40=$800 per week

You must be able to read and write in English Language.

Uniforms are provided.

Company vehicle provided while working. This is not a take home vehicle.

Qualifications for this Swimming Pool Cleaner position are:

1. Valid Florida Drivers License (No tickets of any kind in the last five years, No Suspensions or Sanctions for Financial Responsibility, No Suspensions of any kind within 5 last years, and no history of DUI or operating a vehicle with drug offenses in last 7 years).

2. 21 years or more of age

3. Good physical health as the position requires pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying up to 75 Lbs., constant standing, bending, twisting, squatting and stretching

4. Able to swim

5. Be able to work in all weather (heat, cold, rain)

6. Professional appearance

7. Excellent communication skills

8. Excellent customer service.

9. Maintain provided work truck cleanliness both inside and outside.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool maintenance tasks such as checking water quality and adjusting chemical levels.
- Clean pools thoroughly to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for customers.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment as needed.
- Use hand and power tools to conduct maintenance and repairs on pool systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills with team members and customers.
- Conduct outdoor work in various weather conditions while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Possess a valid driver's license to travel to different pool locations for cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
