- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and backwashing
- Test water chemistry and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper balance
- Inspect pool equipment for any issues or malfunctions
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with pool systems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pool Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively
- Knowledge of pool cleaning techniques and chemicals
- Ability to diagnose and repair pool equipment issues
