What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Manager/Retail Sales Associate - Swimming Pool Store position at Pinch A Penny Pool?
We are looking for a highly motivated Weekend Manager/Store Associate with prior pool industry experience. Weekday and weekend availability is a must. Store is open 9A-6P Mon-SAT and 10A-4P on Sundays. Pinch A Penny experience is preferred but not required. This is a Full Time position. To obtain the highest rate of hourly pay, you must already have pool equipment retail knowledge in troubleshooting descriptions of issues with customers, and recommending and selling the equipment.
HS Diploma/GED required and some college preferred.
Must be 18 years of age.
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
The job involves a great deal of customer interaction either in person or over the phone: good customer service skills are a must.
The daily duties of this job would involve but are not limited to: Managing staff on the weekends, placing orders for the coming week, ensuring chlorine bleach jugs are rotated and filled, cashiering, testing customer's pool and/or spa water samples, stocking, and cleaning.
Language: Must be fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
