Pool Repair Technician
Job Summary
We are seeking a Pool Repair Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and is comfortable working outside much of the year.
Repair technician must be able to work Monday through Friday full time hours. Must be 21 years of age and have valid Florida Driving License. Job duties incude:
- Troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of swimming pool equipment; i.e. motors, filters, pumps, lights, filters, etc.
- Helping to prepare estimates of additional repairs/new equipment when necessary
- Customer service is #1 responsibility!!
- Keeping track of the schedule and notifying customers/office of changes to schedule as needed // Customer service with homeowners
- Occassional pool cleaning and chemical maintenance
- Daily workload varies by season - usually between 5 to 10 work orders per day
- Daily care and cleaning of vehicle / notifying the office of any issues with the vehilce/necessary repairs or maintenace, etc.
- Monitor and control individual inventory (tools and supplies, etc) and necessary parts to complete the job
- Proficiency with phone/tablet/computer to update service orders relevant to repairs
- Maintain profitable pool repair route
