Job Title: In-Store Route Supervisor
Location: Pinch A Penny Store 179
Hours: 11:00 PM – 6:30 PM (Full-Time depending on needs)
Position Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused In-Store Route Supervisor to join our team at Pinch A Penny Store 179. In this role, you will act as the communication hub between our in-store operations, service technicians, and customers. You’ll ensure that all route services are scheduled and executed smoothly, and that both technicians and customers are on the same page.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret technical service notes from field technicians.
- Troubleshoot service issues by working directly with technicians to find solutions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to explain services, updates, and answer questions.
- Manage daily service routes, coordinate scheduling, and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure accurate records of service visits and technician feedback are maintained.
- Support overall store operations as needed, especially during peak times.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer service or supervisory role (pool industry experience a plus).
- Ability to read and understand technical notes and service documentation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks.
- Tech-savvy: able to use route management software, tablets, or scheduling tools.
