Duties

• Interact with customers to understand their challenges, handle customer requests, resolve outstanding issues, and promote new initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations across various departments
• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of pool technologies and industry standards.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues related to pool systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Engage in continuous learning about advancements in pool technology.

Requirements .

• Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks as required by the role.

For Field roles:

• Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
• Must be at least 21 years old (insurance requirement)
• Ability to lift to 80 lbs. and perform physical tasks like bending, kneeling, and lifting
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Able to swim while fully clothed (safety requirement)
• Strong attention to detail & self-motivated work ethic
• Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
• Customer service attitude is a must!

For Store roles:

• Must be at least 18 years old (insurance requirement)
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like bending, kneeling, and lifting
• Strong attention to detail & self-motivated work ethic
• Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
• Customer obsession attitude is a must!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Compensation Package:

• Bonus opportunities
• Hourly pay

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
