We will train the right person - No previous pool cleaning experience required - great opportunity for a dedicated person - pay increases based on performance.
The following are MUST HAVES - DO NOT APPLY if you do not have;
- A CLEAN driver's license - NO tickets, NO at fault accidents (will be verified)
- MUST be at least 21 years old
- MUST work Monday thru Friday
- MUST have reliable transportation
- MUST have previous OUTDOOR work experience (Landscaping, Lawn Care, Roofing, etc.)
- MUST live within 30 minutes of Plant City

The position requires a high degree of stamina for physical labor, with the ability to work outdoors in high levels of heat and all weather conditions. Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively and often. The associate must be able to stand, bend, stoop, stretch and climb and must be able to work around pool chemicals without an adverse reaction.
