Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Pool Cleaning Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generalized pool maintenance, ensuring that all areas are safe and welcoming. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on quality service and attention to detail. Prior pool cleaning/maintenance is required for this role.
Duties
- Perform weekly pool cleaning/maintenance in a residential setting, including brushing, vacuuming, skimming the surface of the water, balancing pool chemistry, cleaning filters and skimmer/pump baskets.
- Demonstrate basic pool equipment knowledge to ensure proper use of pool equipment.
- Follow safety protocols while using pool chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Promptly report any repairs that are needed at the property to the Operations Manager.
Experience
- Previous experience in a pool cleaning or maintenance role is required.
- Familiarity with pool pumps, filters, automation, heating and basic mechanical knowledge is required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
- A commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness is crucial.
