Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals from burgers to seafood and boiled crawfish etc.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as necessary.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and cooking appliances.
- Participate in training sessions on food handling and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking within the food industry is preferred.
