As the ideal candidate, you will coordinate with the IT Support group to continually provide efficient technical support to Pinchin employees. This position involves configuration and maintenance of hardware and software and all desktop related troubleshooting. Every day will enhance your knowledge, skills, and passion for what you do.

A Day in the life of End-User Support Specialist
- LAN administration
- Maintain equipment, software, and licensing
- Respond to client queries
- Solve technical problems
- Retain an organizational network, software, and computer peripherals
- Answer telephone inquiries
- Respond to emails
- Perform in-person support sessions
- Configure, deploy, and repair endpoint hardware, software, and peripheral equipment
- Complete desktop and telecom related projects as assigned
- Perform evaluation, diagnostic and troubleshooting of PC or network hardware and software
- Assist users in the use of new software or hardware as required
- Consult with IT managers and other departments as required
- Provide IT assistance to staff and customers
- Train end-users on hardware functionality and software programs
- Lead by example and in accordance with Pinchin’s Core Values and desired culture
- All other duties as assigned
- College graduate with considerable hands-on experience in Windows desktop operating systems as well as computer hardware and software systems
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the maintenance of a computer system, including installation of software and hardware components
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in computer related administrative and troubleshooting functions
- Experience in communication requirements, including voice mail, cellular communication, E-Mail, internet access
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of urgency
- Demonstrated business awareness
- Ability to plan and anticipate how external events and changes will impact area of work
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to follow through tasks to completion
- Current and valid driver’s license with sufficient insurance and access to a vehicle
