We're looking for a skilled Operations Manager to join our Environmental Due Diligence and Remediation team in Oak Park, Michigan. In this role, you will lead all Environmental Due Diligence and Remediation staff to ensure the effectiveness of operations and oversee the development and execution of strategies for developing and maintaining the assigned business unit.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10-15 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry, with a strong background in relevant Michigan regulations. You will be responsible for ensuring the office financial performance meets targets and leading project management and/or client management duties as necessary.

- Direct supervision of all assigned staff
- Meet with team regularly to discuss budgets, workloads, field work, procedures, and identify issues/concerns
**Requirements:**
- B.S. in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10-15 years diversified environmental consulting experience
- Ability to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
