Role Responsibilities:
- Work with Marketing Coordinators to ensure client deliverables and satisfaction is met
- Coordinating tasks between departments and ensuring that deliverables are aligned and cohesive
- Organizing marketing efforts and using our project management CRM to ensure that deadlines are met
- Comprehending and implementing marketing tactics
- Preliminary reporting
- Participate in the development of marketing tactics and lead execution, including message development, consumer targeting, and tracking of results
- Work with internal teams to oversee client projects and make sure the client's needs are being met
- Respond to client needs and marketing requests that may require research and escalation as needed
- Identify trends and process improvement opportunities
- Expanding brand awareness and overall customer base
- Meeting and greeting existing and potential customers and engaging them in conversation
- Collecting market research data for our clients to understand their consumers better
- Answering customer questions, addressing customer concerns, and occasionally handling customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Must be local to Charlotte, NC, and willing to work an in-office internship
- A concentration or major in Marketing or a relevant academic major is highly preferred
- Previous marketing internship or relevant experience
- An exceptional eye for detail
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once with tight deadlines
- Experience using Canva and other non-Adobe image manipulation tools
- You should possess strong creative and analytical skills to facilitate partnership with cross-functional teams
- Creative thinker with the ability to work well and brainstorm new ideas autonomously as well as with a team
- Bonus: Experience with Google Analytics & reporting paid media results
Compensation:
- This 90-day internship is paid through a monthly stipend which is paid in semi-monthly increments:
- Month 1 - $850
- Month 2 - $1,000
- Month 3 - $1,250
- College credit is available pending University guidelines and approval.
Salary : $1,000 - $850,000
