Medical Assistant Job Opportunity
Locations : Smithtown, NY & Boca Raton, FL
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team. This role is vital to ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements
Medical Assistant Certification (CMA or RMA) is required.
Prior customer service experience in healthcare is preferred.
Knowledge of sterilization techniques and OSHA compliance.
Responsibilities
Communicate with patients via phone, email, and in person.
Schedule appointments and assist with patient inquiries.
Greet and guide patients, ensuring a 5-star experience from consultation to post-op.
Take before-and-after photos of patients and provide guidance on photo consent.
Assist the doctor and PA during minor procedures and prepare necessary instruments.
Clean and sterilize surgical instruments and patient rooms.
Handle front desk tasks, manage schedules, and maintain a smooth patient flow.
Communicate with the doctor to ensure all patient needs are met.
Assist on high-volume patient days (Monday), with 40–60 patients seen.
Call doctors’ offices to obtain patient surgical clearances and communicate updates with the team.
Provide support in the Boca Raton office as needed.
Collaborate with PAs, clinical directors, nurses, and administrative staff.
Additional Details
Flexible schedule, including some Saturday hours.
