Your Responsibilities as a CNA:
- Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring residents' comfort and well-being
- Recognize and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and staff
- Assist nurses with various medical tasks as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
What We’re Looking For:
- Active CNA certification in North Carolina
- CPR certification preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
