Your Role
- Work collaboratively with our therapy teams and Rehab Department to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct evaluations and assess patient's communication skills
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient's communication skills, including speech and language therapies

Qualifications
- New Jersey SLP License
- Experience working in long term care settings, specifically Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
