Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries professionally.
- Bookkeeping, including payroll, invoicing and expenses
- Minor laboratory and project work.
- Review project budgets and create timely invoices
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
- Implement budgeting practices to monitor office expenses and optimize resource allocation.
- Maintain office organization by ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in common areas.
