Automotive Service BDC Call Center Representatives

Pine Belt Automotive is looking to fill immediate Call Center openings for motivated people to join our expanding Service Department Business Development Center in Toms River, NJ

Experience is preferred, but NOT required. Pine Belt will train the right candidates.
All candidates must have excellent communication skills.
As a BDC Representative you will utilize selling ability, computer skills, phone skills and positive attract repeat and new customers to our Nissan & Cadillac Service Departments.
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule service appointments.
- Make outbound calls.
- Log in all customer comments.
- Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
- Confirm scheduled appointments.
- Reschedule now-show customer appointments.
- Contact customers based on current marketing and service incentives
- Respond to customer website requests
- Contact internet customers via e-mail and phone to schedule service appointments

- Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.

Requires working some evenings and Saturdays.

Performs other duties, as needed
