Pine Belt Automotive is currently seeking a Motivated self-starting individual to fill our Maintenance/ Janitorial position at our Cadillac location. As a Maintenance/ Janitorial associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the professional appearance and operation of the building and property. This position is a vital role in our goal to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Light building maintenance.
- Housekeeping including sweeping, mopping and garbage removal.
- Light landscaping if necessary.
- Cleaning and organizing of mechanic shop.
- Maintaining a professional appearance in all customer areas.
- Ability to complete any task that is given to you by management.
- Properly maintain cleaning supplies.
Working Conditions: This position operates indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow. The role will require constant movement throughout the Dealerships properties. Flexible scheduling may be necessary, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate business needs.
