Guarantor Specialist

Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources is actively seeking a Guarantor Specialist to join our agency's growing team. The Guarantor Specialist position located in Hattiesburg, MS. The Guarantor Specialist position will provide assistance with staff credentialing and compliance with guarantor and payee with communicating and collaborating with organizations and with the Department of Mental Health regarding agency outcomes.

For 50 years, Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources has served individuals throughout the Pine Belt. Through an extensive continuum of care, we strive to enable adults with serious mental illnesses, children with serious emotional disturbances, and individuals with an addiction or developmental disability to live, work, learn, and participate fully in their communities. Our eighteen-county service area includes Amite, Franklin, Forrest, Hancock, Harrison, Jones, Lamar, Lawrence, Covington, Greene, Jeff Davis, Marion, Pearl River, Perry, Pike, Stone, Walthall, Wayne Counties.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.

Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record required.

Knowledge of health care industry preferred.

Proficient in Excel, and Microsoft 365 Required.

Some knowledge of Power Platform preferred.

Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Exceptional organization and presentation skills.
