We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently using the POS system while ensuring accuracy in order processing.
- Monitor customer consumption levels to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in catering events as needed, providing excellent service in various settings such as nightclubs or private parties.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Stay updated on industry trends, including brewing techniques and cocktail recipes, to enhance the beverage menu.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or related roles within the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Experience working in hospitality settings such as nightclubs or catering events is a plus.
- Knowledge of brewing methods and cocktail preparation techniques will be advantageous.
