Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental services to patients with the support of their team. This includes holding staff to the highest integrity by adhering to government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs. Other duties may include participating in activities to promote a positive image of the company, joining morning huddles, and working closely with kids who make up 70% or more of our patient base.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation, completed a Pediatric Residency accredited by the CDA, and hold a valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure. Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and young adults are essential qualities for this position.
