Pine Gate Apartments in Old Bridge NJ is looking for an experienced Maintenance employee . The maintenance person must be able to diagnose and solve maintenance issues in the apartment buildings, exterior and common areas ranging from plumbing electrical, general carpentry and appliances.

$19.00 Per Hour or Commensurate with Experience

- Vacation 1 week after the first year, increases by 1 day each year thereafter
Qualifications and Skills
- Plumbing and Spackling
- Knowledgeable in repairing household appliances
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, electrical installations and electrical repairs
- Must be able to sheet rock
