Special Education Teacher – REACH Program
Pine Grove School is seeking a caring and passionate Special Education Teacher to join our REACH Program, a specialized program supporting students with behavioral and academic needs. We are looking for an educator who is dedicated to building strong relationships, collaborating with a team, and creating a supportive learning environment where all students can succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized instruction to students in the REACH Program.
Support students with behavioral needs, implementing strategies to promote success.
Conduct and administer special education evaluations.
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create and implement effective IEPs.
Provide in-classroom support to help meet the needs of students.
Assist with behavior plans and data collection to track student progress.
Utilize and support instruction in i-Ready, Fundations, and Heggerty, as well as math intervention programs.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
