We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is vital in creating a positive experience for our guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have during their stay.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate records of guest information.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Operate phone systems to respond to calls promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with billing and payment processing as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available to guests.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality management, ensuring all guests feel valued.
- Duties will include helping housekeepers on busy days, doing laundry and servicing hot tubs.
