Job Summary
This is a full-time position requiring at least 55 hours of work per week, including weekends. The successful candidate will have three to seven years of related experience and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Delegate maintenance tasks and ensure they are completed safely and on time.
- Schedule groundskeeping activities, including mowing, trimming, and snowplowing.
- Oversee maintenance on plant processing equipment, including routine and preventative maintenance.
- Schedule and order supplies for new equipment installations.
- Maintain the overall condition of the facility, ensuring all repairs are scheduled or completed as needed.
- Assist in planning new equipment installations and conduct bi-weekly safety meetings with maintenance personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance or engineering preferred.
- Three to seven years of related experience.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for long periods.
