Job Opportunity: Reservations-Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a dedicated Reservations-Front Desk Agent to become the welcoming face of our resort. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests, from the moment they make their reservation to the time they check out.
## Key Responsibilities
- **Reservation Management**: Handle reservations by phone and email, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in guest information and billing transactions.
- **Communication**: Act as the liaison between guests and the resort, directing phone calls, responding to emails, and managing incoming mail.
- **Guest Services**: Check guests in and out efficiently, provide travel information, and report any needed repairs.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with special projects such as invoice preparation, filing, updating database systems, and data entry.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain strict confidentiality of all files, papers, and documents, especially those related to guest information.
## Skills and Abilities
- **Customer Service**: Must have an outgoing personality and be customer-oriented.
- **Technical Proficiency**: High competency in computer literacy, including word-processing, desktop publishing, and database management.
- **Multitasking**: Strong ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

## Work Schedule & Compensation

- **Salary**: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour, based on experience
- **Schedule**: 8-hour shifts with day, holiday, and weekend availability required

## Experience and Education Requirements
