ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Display friendliness and helpfulness at all times, to Members, Guests, Visitors, Business Partners and fellow Associates.
- Adhere to all Property and Department policies and procedures.
- Observe all safety and security procedures. Use equipment and material properly. Report potentially unsafe conditions.
- Greet Members/Guests in a courteous professional manner.
- Mix beverages according to set guidelines to insure uniformity of service
- Ensure that bar area is properly stocked and maintained
- Close and act as cashier for the dining room and bar operation
- Responsible for understanding menus (preparation and display)
- Has vast knowledge of mixology
- Communicates all problems or concerns to Food & Beverage Manager or Supervisor
- Assists food server in the performance of their jobs
- Clears and waits on tables when needed
- Ensures that bar area is properly set and cleaned on a daily basis
- Assist Food & Beverage Manager and/or Supervisor with monthly inventories to insure accuracy
- Attend Resort training classes as required
- Attend staff meetings as scheduled
- Follow Resort Standards of Operation procedures
- Informs supervisor of needed equipment or necessary repairs
- Monitor the security of all beverage items.
- Clean and neat area at all times
- Monitor cash and operation of Micro’s.
- In this position you will be expected to be available to work in various locations of Food & Beverage outlets depending on business levels. In addition, you will be expected to work holidays wherever needed even if your primary outlet is closed.
