What Will You Do?
As a Talent Acquisition Administrator at Pine Rest, you’ll be part of tight-knit team that believes in the healing power of your expertise and compassion. The Talent Acquisition Administrator responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, pre-screening for experience and necessary qualifications, scheduling interviews, assist Recruiters with candidate inquiries and communication. Ultimately, you will create strong pipelines for Pine Rest’s current and future hiring needs - specific to clinical and direct care roles. The TA Administrator is dedicated to excellent customer service, enthusiastic about the care we offer, and foster a sense of belonging and empowerment in a diverse workplace.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the TA Manager and recruitment team, including but not limited to assisting with pre-boarding and onboarding activities
Responsible for timely and accurate completion of all duties related to interview schedules, as well as coordination of other process-related actions.
Communicate effectively with a strong focus on customer service focus with Hiring Managers across all levels of the organization.
Performs initial contact to potential candidates by telephone and performs initial screen, evaluating if they meet the position requirements.
Supports the employee talent acquisition process to advertising, sourcing, interviewing, screening, selection process and hiring of applicants.
Works closely with marketing vendor(s) to manage all print, online & social media marketing/advertising.
Owns all job postings (including adherence to formal approval process) through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Assists all department managers, directors and executive team members in arranging & preparing for interviews, candidate evaluation and scheduling travel for candidates. Responsible for coordinating references and all requirements of the candidate prior to offer accepting.
Maintain data integrity in applicant tracking system, ensuring highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
Source passive candidates and search resume database for the most fit candidates.
Build talent networks with colleges and universities to find qualified active and passive candidates.
Utilize multi-channel approach and social media to recruit and brand Pine Rest as a preferred employer and great place to work.
Assist with diversity recruitment efforts.
Coordinates attendance and/or attends job fairs, conferences, etc. including preparation of recruitment materials.
What Does This Role Require?
Bachelor’s Degree required.
1 year of experience in human resources preferred.
Strong interpersonal communication/customer service skill.
Strong computer skills including: word, excel, and PowerPoint
High degree of analytical ability, organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
