DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES

Acute care hospital experience required for this position.

• This is an exempt position at our Pine Ridge hospital campus.
• Directs an organization's facilities department
• Oversees the functioning of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and elevators
• Will manage the maintenance of buildings and grounds
• Oversees contractors for facility renovation projects entailing HVAC, electrical systems, and production floor arrangement
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Performs a variety of tasks
• Leads and directs the work of others
• Reports to CEO
• Familiar with Joint Commission Standards for Acute Care Facilities
• Proficiency with Environment of Care Standards and Life Safety
• Emergency Management Experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of experience in the field.
• CHFM (Certified Healthcare Facility Manager) or equivalent preferred
