What are the responsibilities and job description for the Health Coach/Pre-Review Nurse - PRN position at Pine Ridge Physicians Regional?
The Health Coach / Pre-Review Nurse develops and maintains professional relationships with patients, contracted partners and their staff and physicians and their staff in order to support quality efforts for Physicians Regional Healthcare System. Is an integral member of the health care team who works to ensure safety, best practice and high quality standards of care are maintained. Responsible for supporting a wide range of quality assurance and disease registry activities for the clinic's entire patient population. Success will be measured by the results of the process and outcome performance measures for the population of patients in the clinic.
Experience : Minimal 3-5 years experience in a clinical role
Education : RN or LPN
Licenses / Certificates : RN or LPN required. Current BLS certification.
