Position: Dental Assistant
We're in the market for an upbeat, energetic Dental Assistant. Experience is great, but if you're a recent graduate or looking to re-enter the field, we'll provide the training as you become part of the Pine Tree family.
Applicants must possess the drive to provide uncompromising patient care and a whatever it takes attitude. We are looking for a team member with effective and practical communication skills who is collaborative and enjoys a fast-paced collaborative environment. Salary is negotiable depending on experience; performance bonuses and benefits are available. Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate: EFDA certification and Spanish fluency.
- Minimum qualifications: Certification in dental assisting, and current CPR/BLS.

Work Location: In person
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance during pediatric dental procedures.
- Utilize medical terminology and dental assisting skills to support the dentist.
- Maintain aseptic technique and adhere to infection control protocols.
- Assist with patient assessments and medical documentation.
- Handle dental receptionist duties as needed.
- Operate X-Ray and medical imaging equipment following radiation health & safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, including Spanish-speaking individuals.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant medical coding standards.
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide quality care to pediatric patients.
- Obtain and maintain CPR, BLS, and EFDA certifications to ensure patient safety and well-being.
